AHSB Student Leads Himachal Pradesh Team to Silver Medal in National Tug of War Championship
Auckland House School for Boys, Shimla, proudly announces the remarkable achievement of its student, Sourish Thakur (Class X), who led the Himachal Pradesh team as Captain in the Under-15 Tug of War Competition held at Shirgaon Beach, Palghar, Maharashtra, from 28th to 30th January 2026.
Under his strong leadership and teamwork, the Himachal Pradesh team delivered an impressive performance and secured the Silver Medal at the national-level competition.
Expressing pride over the achievement, Principal Mr. Reuben T. John said, “Sourish’s success is a reflection of his dedication, discipline, and leadership qualities. We are extremely proud of his accomplishment and wish him continued success in future sporting endeavors. Such achievements inspire our students to strive for excellence both in academics and sports.”
