Minister of Revenue, Horticulture, Tribal Development and Public Grievance Prevention Jagat Singh Negi visited the Gram Panchayat Murang of Pooh section last evening and inaugurated the Mahila Mandal Bhawan Murang (Gramang) built at the cost of 10 lakh 50 thousand.

Revenue Minister Jagat Singh Negi said that the state government is setting new dimensions under the leadership of the state Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukkhu. He said the state government is working to fill vacant positions in various departments so that the government operations system can move further quickly and strengthen the state’s economy. 6 thousand teachers have been recruited by the state government to strengthen the education structure which will now provide better education to children of dead and neglected classes near their doorstep.
Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi said that state Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh is continuously striving towards upliftment and development of Sukhu gardeners and advanced varieties of apples are being developed in view of global competition in tribal district Kinnaur so that gardeners can produce their produce. May get reasonable prices and the younger generation may also be attracted to gardening.
Universal cartons have been launched this year across the state in view of benefiting and increasing their income, the Horticulture Minister said.
