World Health Day will be organized by HGVS on 7th April

World Health Day will be organized on 7th April in the state office of the Samiti in Sanjauli under the Health Dialogue Series under the joint aegis of Himachal Gyan Vigyan Samiti and Jan Swasthya Abhiyan.

We are happy to inform you that on this occasion the committee is taking a new initiative.

A Public Health Center will be inaugurated in the committee office on 7 April. On the first Sunday of every month, well-wishing doctors and experts associated with the committee will check blood sugar, diabetes, ECG, oxygen level, etc.

Apart from this, from time to time counseling assistance will also be provided to students, youth, children, women, elderly, etc. on issues like stress, anxiety, depression, exam burden, addiction, etc.

This work will be done with the help of experts from the health and social sector of the state and country associated with the Gyan Vigyan Samiti and the Public Health Campaign.

We are glad that the Heads of the Department of Cardiology, Psychiatry, Community Medicine, Psychology, and other departments from IGMC and retired experts from HPU have agreed to cooperate for the “Jan Swasthya Kendra”.

Dr. PC Negi will inaugurate this center on Sunday, 7th April. So, please be a part of this social initiative on Sunday, 7th April at 11 am.
