He said that understanding the pain of the helpless, the state government changed the rules to provide relief to the affected families. Without the help of the Central Government, the State Government increased the assistance amount for completely damaged houses from Rs 1.50 lakh to Rs 7 lakh. Nand Lal and Mohan Lal Bracta The state government transported every apple of apple growers to the markets during the disaster. Roads were broken at many places during the disaster and it was a challenge to transport apples to the market, but due to the efforts of the state government, no gardener had to suffer financial loss. The Chief Minister visited every affected area and gave impetus to the relief and rescue operations, while the BJP leaders kept doing mere politics.
