War room of the Congress party has already started its work: Sanjay Awasthi

A review meeting regarding the Lok Sabha and six Assembly by-elections was held today at the State Congress Headquarters Rajiv Bhawan under the chairmanship of State Congress Working President Chief Parliamentary Secretary Sanjay Awasthi. Revenue and Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi was also specially present in the meeting.
While giving information about the party’s preparations for the elections, Sanjay Awasthi said that within a week all the committees will start their work regarding the elections. He said that the war room of the Congress party has already started its work. Apart from this, management and publicity committees have been formed.
Revenue and Horticulture Minister Jagat Singh Negi said that whoever has been given the responsibility will have to give a complete report every day in the war room of the state Congress office. He said that the war room of Congress headquarters Rajiv Bhawan should be kept open 24 hours and along with proper guidelines, coordination and communication should be done with the party leaders, officials and workers associated with the field from time to time.

The State Congress Committee has called a meeting on Sunday, April 7 at 11 am at the State Congress Headquarters Rajiv Bhawan regarding the six assembly by-elections. District presidents of Hamirpur, Una, Kangra and Lahaul Spiti, heads of Badsar, Sujanpur, Gagret, Kutlaihar, Dharamshala and Lahaul Spiti blocks and all heads of leading organizations and departments of these blocks have been called in the meeting.
State Congress Working President, Chief Parliamentary Secretary Sanjay Awasthi has said that in this meeting, guidelines will be given to the party officials regarding the preparations for the assembly by-elections to be held in these six assembly constituencies.
