Vinay Kumar will sit on a fast on January 30 against weakening of MNREGA

Under the leadership of State Congress President Vinay Kumar, Congress will sit on a fast on January 30 from 11 am to 1 pm in front of the statue of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi located on the Ridge ground in Shimla in protest against the removal of the name of Father of the Nation Mahatma Gandhi from MNREGA and weakening it.
In this fast, All India Congress Working Committee member and in-charge of state affairs MP Rajni Patil, Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri along with all the members of the cabinet, Congress MLAs, former MLAs, all former office bearers of PCC, district presidents, presidents and vice presidents of Bordeaux corporations, all councillors of Shimla Municipal Corporation, all members of leading organizations and a large number of party workers will participate.
Vinay Kumar has asked all the party leaders to join this fast.

All India Congress Working Committee member and in-charge of state affairs, MP Rajni Patil will hold separate meetings with the office bearers of leading organisations like Youth Congress, Mahila Congress, Seva Dal after the meeting of all the district presidents, district and block coordinators appointed for MNREGA Bachao Abhiyan at the state Congress headquarters Rajiv Bhawan on January 30 from 2 pm to 4 pm.
The State Congress Secretary has asked all the district presidents, district and block coordinators and all the office bearers of the leading organizations of the party to be present in this meeting compulsorily.
