Vinay Kumar has urged party workers to gear up and participate in the Panchayat elections

State Congress President Vinay Kumar has urged party workers to gear up and participate in the Panchayat elections. Welcoming the government’s decision to hold Panchayat elections before April 30, he said that Congress has always respected the democratic system.
Vinay Kumar advised party workers to field and support candidates in the Panchayat elections who align with the party’s ideology. He said that Panchayat elections are crucial and strengthen the ideology of any political party.
Vinay Kumar called on party workers to intensify the party’s ongoing “Save MNREGA” campaign against the removal of Mahatma Gandhi’s name from MNREGA and its weakening, and to point out its flaws to those associated with it. He stated that by replacing MNREGA with the Biwi Ji Ram Ji Yojana, the BJP government at the center has dismantled the multifaceted Gram Panchayat Act, which, while boosting rural development, also provided employment to rural residents at their doorsteps. He added that by taking over this authority, the center has weakened the Panchayats. He stated that this issue will play a role in the upcoming Panchayat elections in the state, and the BJP will face heavy losses for it.
