Vikas Thapata of Madad Seva Trust joined BJP
Senior BJP leader, former minister, and election in-charge of Municipal Corporation Shimla, Sukhram Chaudhary gave BJP membership to the social worker and press secretary of Madad Seva Trust Vikas Thapata at BJP headquarters Deepkamal Chakkar Shimla.
Sukhram Chaudhary welcomed Vikas Thapata to the BJP family.
Vikas Thapata said that this is the first membership of any political party in his life.
He said that the BJP works to move forward by taking the whole society together and the way Prime Minister Narendra Modi has worked for the whole society and taking care of every class, I joined the Bharatiya Janata Party after being impressed by it. He said that I wanted to join a party with a strong ideology and I saw a strong organization in BJP, impressed by which I decided to join BJP.
Vikas Thapata is originally from Kotkhai and he joined BJP from the Engine Ghar ward of Shimla Mandal.
MLA Vinod Kumar, senior BJP leader Ravi Mehta, office secretary Pyar Singh Kanwar, state cum media in-charge Karn Nanda, district president Vijay Parmar, Trilok Kapoor, and Vijay Sharma were present on the occasion.
