Vidhan Sabha Election campaign in last leg 

 Oneday left for Himachal Pradesh Assembly campaign. All the Poltical parties and candidates are busy to woo voters to galvanized them in their favour. Two Rallies of Prime Minister Narendra Modi held at Shapur of Kangra district and Sujanpur Tira in Hamirpur. Congress President Malikarjun Kharge addressed public meeting at Ghanati and Shoghi in Gramin. CPI(M) secretary Sita Ram Yechuri held public meeting favour of party candidate Tekinder Singh Panwar at Sabji Mandi ground Shimla and Brinda Karat at Dhalli in favour of CPI(M) Kasumpti candidate Dr Kuldeep Singh Tanwar. Yechuri said that Shimla is historical towns and people wanted to repeat history of 2012 MC Election in which left formed city government. He said that Shimla town required educated, experienced and pro-people leader who could strike balance between development and environment issue. Last BJP government which was in city government didn’t strike difference between development and environment. He said that historical towns needs to be preserved and protect the old heritage architecture. He said that Congress party is giving garunttee of OPS however it couldn’t not explained how it would resolve the issue. It was Virbhadra Singh Goverment in 2003 which signed a MOU to implement new pension scheme now alluring Employees to restore it. He said that BJP and Congress is one page on the issue and the promise was made just for electoral gain. Congress leader alluring Employees to restore old pension but their poltical stability is underquestion the way BJP is buying Congress turncoat before and after election. CPI(M) candidate Tekinder Singh Panwar said that during BJP government  smart city project fund was not utilised acoording to development austhetic increasing concrete and steel superstructure in Shimla town. The Mobility plan was not given embassis. He said that people in the state are surprised over massive use of money by BJP on the IT campaign, use of helicopter and on the Election rallies. Tekinder Singh Panwar said that the people of state are looking towards CPI(M) for honest and effective leadership in this election. He said that party would fight against the drugs trafficking. He said that people identifies who are protecting the drug pedlers in Shimla district. The Star campaigner Brinda Karat also attended road show in favour of Dr. Kuldeep Singh Tanwar at Baldiyana and Mashobra. She said that party candidate is more active in Assembly Constituency than elected MLA. There should second voice inside Himachal Pradesh Assembly to strengthen Rakesh Singha who is MLA of left from Theog, She added. Dr Kuldeep Singh Tanwar said people of merged area of Shimla MC are facing injustice as their houses were not regularised by BJP and Congress government fighting for the cause for long time. This area fall in Kasumpti Assembly Constituency are left undeveloped facing discrimination , Dr Tanwar said that he would ends discrimination. Compared to rest of places in the town no HRTC cabs are running in outskirt of Shimla, he added. People of Constituency in rural areas are affected by Lumpy Skin Disease but State government didn’t compensated Farmers.
