Veergatha program organized in Government Senior Secondary School, W.B.U.

Under the Veergatha program, a program was organized in Government Senior Secondary School, W.B.U. In which children were made aware of the feeling of love for the nation and patriotism. On this occasion, former Flying Officer, Bhushan Verma and former Para Commando Kamal Verma taught the children the lesson of unity and integrity of the nation by narrating heroic tales. He told that as a result of the sacrifice of the brave sons of the country, today we are breathing in the open air. While giving information to the children, he told that our brave soldiers are working as guards on the borders of the country in adverse circumstances. Bhushan Verma told that it is a matter of pride for our country that the country’s highest Paramveer Chakra award was first given to Somnath of Kangra. Apart from this, many soldiers of the country have brought glory to the country by receiving Paramveer Chakra, Mahavir Chakra and Veer Chakra. We all should take inspiration from their heroic tales. On this occasion, the school principal, SMC President Ashwani Sharma, Virendra Chauhan along with other staff members and children were present.
