There is a wave of happiness among employees due to the announcement of 4% DA by Himachal Govt: Pradeep Thakur

State President of Non-Gazetted Employees Federation Pradeep Thakur General Secretary Bharat Sharma and all the officials thanked State Chief Minister Shri Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu ji for the historic budget of the state government. He said that there is a wave of happiness among the employees due to the announcement of 4% DA by the state government and arrears payable from March 1. He said that an increase of Rs 1900 has been announced for SMC teachers and computer teachers and he is confident that soon their demand for regularizing them will also be fulfilled. Increasing the daily wage under MNREGA from Rs 240 to Rs 300 is a big step taken by the government. Sukh Shiksha Yojana is a big step for poor children in which the government has announced to bear the education expenses of poor children. Financial assistance up to Rs 3 lakh for building houses for poor families is a historic step. He also thanked the Chief Minister for other allowances given to the employees of the state and the Chief Minister has brought a relief budget for the general public of the state. This budget is commendable for the Panchayat representatives as well as the general public and development. He said that when the officials of the federation met the Chief Minister two days ago, as per his words, the Chief Minister provided relief to the employees even in the event of this disaster. He has full faith that the Chief Minister who can restore the old pension in Himachal Pradesh will also fulfill other minor demands of the employees from time to time, out of which the employees have got a big relief in this budget. He said that the government has also taken some initiatives regarding those subjects which do not require a budget and in the coming time, continuous efforts are being made to fulfill those demands of the employees. Chief Minister Monday has assured that all such demands will be fulfilled soon. He once again thanked the state government for the announcements made for the employees of the state and said that we all are fortunate that we have an employee-friendly Chief Minister in the state who is continuously making big decisions for the employees.
