The goal is to make Jubbal Kotkhai a model assembly – Rohit Thakur

The Jubbal Kotkhai is to be made a model Assembly Constituency in the state as it is already known for its high per capita income in the state.

This was stated by the Education Minister and  Member of Assembly Rohit Thakur while presiding over the program organized at Nakradi Panchayat under the Jubbal subdivision today.

 On this occasion, he said that the Congress government is committed to the all-round development of the area so that the Jubbal Kotkhai assembly constituency could be established as a model assembly in the entire state.

 He said that development is a continuous process, under which all the basic facilities will be strengthened in this constituency so that the economic growth of the people can be ensured.

 He said that roads are the fate lines for us and development is not possible without roads.  Keeping this in view, appropriate steps are being taken to improve the roads.

 The Education Minister said that provision has been made for paving the road coming to Nakradi village, whose construction work will be started soon.

 He said that 63 KV transformer facility is being made available for Nakradi at a cost of Rs 12 lakh and the tender process in this regard has been completed.

 He said that provision of the budget would be made on the availability of land for community building so that it would be easier for the people here to organize community events.

 On this occasion, he also listened to the problems of the local people and directed the concerned officers to redress them in a time-bound manner.

 Zilla Parishad member Kaushal Mungta, local head Brij Lal Nepta, commandant home guard RP Nepta, BDC vice president Ishwar Jasta, sub-divisional magistrate Rajeev Sankhyan, and other dignitaries were present on the occasion.
