Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu said that former independent MLA of Dehra, Hoshiar Singh has bought the lotus and a sold lotus never blooms. Even honest BJP workers are not happy with the ticket given to the sellable former MLA Hoshiar Singh. Because the blood and sweat of BJP workers does not nurture the lotus symbol on which Hoshiar is contesting the election. I appeal to BJP workers that to save democracy, they should also rise above party ideology and vote for the Congress candidate. Because this election is not between Congress and BJP but between Congress and the sold MLA.
During the election campaign, the Chief Minister said these things in favour of Congress candidate Kamlesh Thakur in Chaplah, Chanaur, Kanol, Baddal and Beh Donta. He said that 15 months ago, the people of Dehra had elected an MLA for 5 years. When you voted, you did not think whether the Congress government would be formed or the BJP government. Thakur Sukhwinder Singh said that our government gave OPS to the employees, the employees who were getting pension of Rs 2700, are now getting pension of Rs 27000. Women are being given a monthly pension of Rs 1500. Kamlesh, you are careful, take care of the elders. Kamlesh, will you vote? You know how much power the Home Minister has. The Chief Minister said that the people of Dehra will see the difference in the development work after one year. We have started making plans for the development of Dehra.
