Tanvi Gupta Shines in Women’s Car Open Class at Lahul Spiti Motor Rally

The three-day Lahul Spiti Motor Rally wrapped up in the scenic village of Sissu in the Lahaul Subdivision, Lahaul Spiti district. Held from October 25, the rally saw participation from over 50 motorsports enthusiasts nationwide. While men and young drivers showcased their skills across various categories, women added an exciting edge to the event with their spirited involvement. Tanvi Gupta from Manali emerged victorious in the Women’s Car Open category. A proud member of the Himalayan Extreme Sports Association, Tanvi expressed her excitement for the future, stating she aims to compete in the National Rally Championship to demonstrate that women from the mountains are equally skilled in motorsports.
