St. Edward’s School Plants Hope for a Greener Future
In a heartfelt effort to nurture the environment and bring the community together, St. Edward’s School organized a Tree Plantation Drive on 2nd August 2025. Led by the Eco Club and supported by the National Cadet Corps (NCC), the event saw enthusiastic participation from our own students as well as cadets from nearby schools.
The drive took place in Kanlog and Shivpuri, beautiful locations chosen to restore greenery and strengthen the local ecosystem. With energy and dedication, the young cadets dug into the earth, planting saplings that will one day grow into strong, life-giving trees—leaving a lasting mark on the environment.
More than just planting trees, the event aimed to sow seeds of responsibility and care for nature in young minds. By working together, the Eco Club and NCC cadets not only helped the planet but also spread awareness about climate change, biodiversity, and sustainable living—proving that small actions today can lead to big changes tomorrow.
A big thank you to all the cadets, volunteers, and local authorities who made this initiative a success. Your efforts didn’t just plant trees—you planted hope for a greener, healthier future! 🌱💚
