The charge of attempt to murder on BJP leaders should be cancelled immediately: Jairam
Senior BJP leader and former Chief Minister Jairam Thakur while addressing a press conference said that the thinking of the Congress party and its government in Himachal Pradesh is anti-Sanatan, one thing has been ingrained in the mind of the Chief Minister and his leaders that they have come to power by defeating 97% Hindu ideology, this is a strong viewpoint and thinking of the Congress party. The Chief Minister has used this sentence during the oath taking ceremony on 10 December 2022, in the Secretariat on 11 December 2022, and thereafter in Delhi, Hyderabad and Karnataka elections at many places.
Jairam Thakur said that whenever something happens anywhere in Himachal Pradesh, cases are not registered against people of Muslim community and cases are registered against Hindus. Chamba Manohar massacre, a Muslim doctor’s comment against Shivaji in Una, cow slaughter cases in Sirmaur district, Sanjauli mosque dispute where cases were registered against the protesting Hindus but no cases were registered against people of other communities.
He said that when two Congress ministers oppose Muslims in the Assembly and say that people from Bangladesh have come to Himachal, then the command orders their removal from the cabinet.
He said that in Paonta Sahib of Sirmaur district, an 18 years 4 days old girl left her home with a 19 years old Muslim man and the complaint made by the girl’s family on 5th June and the FIR lodged on 10th June clearly shows that this is a case of love jihad. In this love jihad case, stones were thrown from the houses of people of a particular community, no action was taken against them but the protesting Hindus were booked under Attempt to Murder i.e. BNS 109. Four people were also arrested and BJP’s state president Dr Rajiv Bindal and senior leader Sukhram Chaudhary who were not even present there were also booked under BNS 109 under which they have also taken an interim bill from the High Court. It seems that the government has got an opportunity to make false accusations against big leaders.
Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur warned the Congress government and said that the BJP demands that the Attend to Murder cases against BJP leaders be cancelled with immediate effect, strict action should be taken against the boy who tried to mislead the girl and the lakhs of rupees transferred to the account of the boy involved in love jihad should be thoroughly investigated.
We clearly believe that in this entire matter, the eternal truth has been continuously hurt.
