Shramdaan done on the occasion of cleanliness fortnight at the Indian Institute of Advanced Study

Shramdaan was organized at the Indian Institute of Advanced Study (Advanced Study) on Monday to commemorate the cleanliness fortnight and various parts of the campus were cleaned. Earlier, the Swachh Bharat Pledge was administered to the scholars, officers, and employees of the institute by Secretary Meharchand Negi. In which everyone took a pledge to serve the country by being conscious of cleanliness. Because keeping the country clean and garbage-free is also equal to serving the country.

Earlier on Sunday, 1st October, on the call of Honorable Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi for ‘one date, one hour, together, the institute’s scholars, officers, and employees volunteered to clean the institute campus and contributed towards cleanliness.
