Shoolini University signs MOUs with universities in Taiwan

NTHE mangaemnets of Shoolini University has signed Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) with various universities in Taiwan for exchange of students and faculty.
MOUs were signed on behalf of Shoolini University in Taiwan by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Atul Khosla. The first one was signed with Cheng Shui University, while the second one was signed with I-Shou University.
The MOUs provide for student exchange at the undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels and faculty exchange programmes, including PhD thesis evaluation, joint publications, summer and winter internships. These would also include establishment of an international college on the Shoolini campus and scholarships for higher education will be offered to Shoolini students at Taiwan universities. Both institutions agreed to offer residential facilities and fellowships as initial support to eligible students.
Prof. Khosla said that great opportunities are opening up in Taiwan’s world-class universities for Shoolini University students. He also stated that this would enable exchange programmes for students and faculty, among other things.
The criteria to avail of fully funded scholarships for the student exchange programmes include the stipulation that the student must attain more than 7 CGP in their examination.The selection procedure will also include a personal interview.
Presidents of National Formosa University, I-Shou University, Cheng Shiu University, and Asia University promised to visit Shoolini University soon, and Prof. Atul Khosla said that another delegation from Shoolini University will visit Taiwan soon.
Prof. R. P. Dwivedi, Director Office of International Affairs at Shoolini University, said that this collaboration is in mutual interest and will help in the internationalization of the campus on a new scale. Prof. Dwivedi further stated that many students at Shoolini University are looking for an opportunity in Taiwan, and this visit is going to increase the number of students and joint publications for sure.
The delegates from Shoolini University visited Taiwan universities which were funded by the Ministry of Education Taiwan through the Embassy of Taiwan in New Delhi and partially by universities in Taiwan. Prof. Atul Khosla was also the guest of honour at National Formosa University on its 42nd anniversary during his visit to this university.  Delegates visited universities in Taiwan, including National Taiwan University, Taipei Medical University , National Formosa University  Chung Yuan Christian University , Kaohsiung Medical University , I-Shou University, Asia University  , Feng Chia University, National Chung Hsing University, and Cheng Shiu University.
