Shoolini University Excels in SCIMAGO Rankings 2024

Shoolini University has garnered exceptional results in the SCIMAGO Institutions Rankings 2024, underscoring its unwavering commitment to academic excellence. The university has emerged as the top-ranked institution in India for Chemistry, Physics, and Astronomy, reinforcing its national leadership in these fields. Impressively, this marks the fourth consecutive year that Shoolini has secured the top spot in Chemistry.

The latest rankings reflect a significant global ascent for Shoolini University, with an overall rank of 1492—a remarkable improvement from its position at 1561 in 2023.

In the Asian region, Shoolini has surged to the 496th position (up from 540th), solidifying its status as a premier educational establishment. Furthermore, the university has made substantial progress in the BRICS region, climbing to the 332nd spot (from 384th), thereby enhancing its global influence. Notably, within India, Shoolini University holds the 29th rank in the overall global standings.

In terms of Global Research, Shoolini University has demonstrated remarkable growth, securing a global research rank of 739—an impressive leap from 890 in the previous year. Within India, the university maintains its leadership position, ranking 7th in research excellence.

Across various disciplines, Shoolini has exhibited exceptional strength, achieving notable success in Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Science, and Energy, among others. Additionally, the university’s innovative endeavors have garnered global recognition, securing the 2920th position and notable rankings in the Asian, BRICS, and Indian regions.

Shoolini University Chancellor Prof PK Khosla congratulated the faculty and staff, emphasizing the need to persistently strive for leadership in India. Pro Chancellor Vishal Anand highlighted the pivotal role of research in driving innovation and progress—a core tenet of Shoolini University’s mission.

Vice Chancellor Prof Atul Khosla commended both faculty and students for their unwavering commitment to academic excellence, emphasizing the nurturing environment provided for learning and research.

Dean (Research and Development) Prof Sourabh Kulshreshtha noted the university’s improved rankings across various parameters compared to the previous year.
