Senior Editors HPDPR dies at Chandigarh recovering from Covid-19

Senior Editor of Giriraj, Himprast and Deputy Director of Himachal Pradesh Directorate of Information and Public Relation Department died at PGI Chandigarh this morning  He was 58 yrs old and left behind wife and two son.
Mr Ranjit Rana served for Himachal Public  Relation Department at Chandigarh and Delhi as liaison officer of state and his wife who is retired Principal of Government School also running a NGO Uddan which serve for the cause of muscular dystrophy and mentally challenged children.
Mr Rana was about to retire this year . He told our reporter recently that after retirement he want to set up an old age home in the state.
He was admitted at PGI Chandigarh a month ago after he found positive for Covid-19. The death of Mr Ranawas condoled by eminent journalists and member of Shimla press club.
