Scientific Officer caught red handed accepting bribe
A Team of State Vigilance and Anti-corruption Bureau Una team caught Chief Scientific Officer Dr.Tej Bahadur Singh of Pollution Control Board Central Lab Parwanoo Distt Solan red handed in Parwanoo while accepting bribe. Spokesperson of SV&ACB said in a press release issued here today that CSO was caught with Rs 35000 bribe from the owner of one private hospital situated in Una, in lieu of issuing consent authorisation of sewerage treatment plant installed in his hospital. A case under Prevention of Corrupt Practices Act has been registered against the accused and after his arrest further investigation is under way.
