Schufle between Chairman & HAS in State Food Commission

In highly charged drama in State Food Commission Shimla today scuffle occurred between Chairman and Secretary of Commission on Monday. Superintendent of police Ms Monika Bhutunguru said that scuffle occurred between Chairman and Secretary but issue is belonged depàrtment and FIR not registered sofar. Chairman of state Commission who is Deputy State Food control told us that he was beaten by the HAS officer mercilessly and had nose bleeding. A complaint was registered at Police station (East) Chhota Shimla by the chairman. Police provided first aid to the chairman after conducting medical at DDU. It is not first time when official of state government had similar scuffle but SP Kullu was also met with similar treatment recently by junior rank police officer in public. HAS Officer sofar didn’t register complaint but informed state government over this incident.
