Sanjay Awasthi has expressed happiness over Kamlesh Thankur’s candidature

State Congress Working President Chief Parliamentary Secretary Sanjay Awasthi has expressed happiness over making Kamlesh Thakur, wife of Chief Minister Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu, the party candidate from Dehra Assembly Constituency. Expressing gratitude to the Central High Command, Congress National President Malikajurnan Kharge, Congress Parliamentary Party Chairperson Sonia Gandhi, former President Rahul Gandhi and Congress General Secretary Priyanka Gandhi, All India Congress Working Committee member and State Affairs In-charge MP Rajiv Shukla, State Congress President Pratibha Singh and Deputy Chief Minister Mukesh Agnihotri, he said that making Kamlesh Thakur the party candidate from Dehra Assembly Constituency is a very laudable decision. He said that Congress will wave the flag of its victory in all three assembly by-elections of the state.

Sanjay Awasthi said here today that the public opinion in the state is with the Congress. He said that the Congress is moving ahead strongly under the leadership of Thakur Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu in the state. He said that the BJP will have to face a crushing defeat in these three by-elections.
