Samples of 37 pharma companies in last 3yrs

Himachal Pradesh Government informed the state assembly on Friday that samples of medicine belonged to 37 Pharma companies have failed in the state during last three years and licences were suspended against some firms taking action against them not complying with the rules.
This was stated in a reply of a qauries Jagat Singh Negi(Congress-Kinnaur) by Health Minister Rajiv Sehjal in the question hours.
 Samples of medicines of 37 pharma companies have failed in last 3 years till date 15.11.2021.  
Companies whose samples of medicines failed is M/Legen Health care, M/s Bofin biotech, M/s Biocomic Remedies, M/s Orison Pharma Int, M)s Terrace Pharmaceutical Ltd, Mid Amaster lab, M)s Vision Digital, M/s Immuna Lifesicence, M/s Unibiotech Formulation , M/s Betamax Remedies, M/s Newgem Biotech Pvt Ltd, M/s Stanford Lab,M/s Spas Remedies, M/s Iosis Remedies,M/s ION health care, M/s Laborate Pharmaceutical, M/s Naz Mad Science Pharama etc.
Action have been taken against 37 seven pharmacy firms as cases under investigation against 22 firms licenses were suspended of two firms for two months, 14 firms for months and seven firms for few days.
He said that there are 624 pharma companies and 40 drug inspectors are working in the state.
