Roof collapse at Gurudwara Poantashaib: One die two were injured
One devotee belonging to Uttrakhand died in a roof collapse mishap at Gurudwara Poantashaib in Sirmour district of Himachal Pradesh this evening.
According to a state government spokesperson roof of Gurudwara collapse around 2015 hrs on Thursday. In the mishap, one person died on the spot and 02 people got major injuries.
The injured persons are shifted to Civil Hospital Ponta Sahib. The revenue and police teams are on the spot to assess the losses.
The deceased person is identified as Milandeep Singh S/o Jagtar Singh R/o Gadibata, Haridwar, Uttrakhand.
Injured person, Monty S/o Sh. Babu Ram R/o Bhartpur, Rajsthan and . Anmol S/o Bakshish R/o Gadibata, Haridwar.
Administration handed over Rs 5000 each to the injured.
In the rain-related mishaps in this Monsoon season, about 50 people died and a Revenue loss of Rs 360 Crore occurred.
