Rohit Thakur asked to set up election information rooms in all the wards of Shimla MC

The Shimla Municipal Corporation Election Management Committee has asked all the office bearers of the party to fulfill whatever responsibility they have been given with full dedication. In the meeting held under the chairmanship of Education Minister Rohit Thakur, the chairman of the committee, while reviewing the various committees formed for the elections, all the leaders were asked to join the field. He said that Congress President Pratibha Singh has started campaigning since yesterday while Chief Minister Sukhwinder Singh Sukhu’s election campaign is being finalized soon. He said that important responsibilities of the election campaign have been given to all MLAs including all ministers and chief parliamentary secretaries.

Rohit Thakur asked to set up election information rooms in all the wards of Shimla Municipal Corporation so that coordination could be maintained among all office bearers and workers. He said that the information center, complaint, control, law, and war room for this entire election have already been set up at Rajiv Bhavan, the state Congress headquarters. He said that for any problem or complaint related to the election, the Congress headquarters can be directly contacted at any time.

Apart from Rohit Thakur, Congress General Secretary Organization Rajneesh Kimta, CPM Mohan Lal Brakta, Ram Kumar, Nand Lal, Harbhajan Singh Bhajji, Adarsh ​​Sood, Maheshwar Chauhan, Amit Pal Singh, Yashwant Chhajta, Devendra Bushehri, Vineet Gautam, Dr. Rajesh Sharma, Atul Sharma, Sohan Lal, Sushant Cupret, Chiranji Lal, Narendra Kataria, Manoj Kumar, Jaini Prem, Sandeep Kumar, Pradeep Verma, and Tarun Pathak were present.
