Rescue operation fails to trace four missing

After a week of search and rescue operation to traced four missing person in a cloudburst at Village Chojh (Goah Nullah) Panchayat Challal Subdivision Kullu remain untraceable. Spokesperson of state government Mr Sudesh Mokta said in a media report here today that three houses has been washed away and four person are missing and 05 cows are washed away from the incident occurred on July 6, 2022. He said that search and rescue team of Police, SDRF and Local Volunteer are remained deployed from 6 am to 7 pm on Wednesday but could not succeed to fished out the missing.

The missing persons are identified as Rohit from Sundernagar, Kapil from Rajastan, Rahul Chaudhary from Kangra (Dharamshala) and Arjun from Banjar(Kullu). He said that flash flood also occurred at Bhagot near Kuh Mujwad, Tehsil Ghumarwin of Bilaspur district on July 8, 2022 in which threeCowsheds, each buffalos & 10 Goats have been washed away from incident site.

Operation Closed and all the animals are buried at the incident site properly on Wednesday.
