Remarks against Independence : Bollywood actress to face protest in home state

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut who invited widespread condemnation across the country is facing Protest in her home state now.
NSUI lodged a protest against Kangana outside her house in at Manali, a tourist town in district Kullu on Saturday.
Activist affiliated to Congress student wing sought apologize for the statement.

 Expressing anger over statement of Kangana regarding Indian Independence NSUI activists  raised slogans outside Kangana’s house on Saturday. 
National Co-convener of NSUI Social Media Ajit Sharma said that thousands of Martyrs have laid their laid their lives for country’s independence and it is very shameful that Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut is terming the The 1947 Independence begging by the freedom fighters.
He said that instead of paying her attention to her film world she is spoiling the atmosphere in the country by making such controversial statements.
 Mr Sharma demanded  that Kangana Ranaut should apologize for her statement and same time, the Padma Shri award conferred to her should be withdrawn.
In the past, Kangana Ranaut had given few other controversial statement about the farmers and against the Bollywood town which was being condemned on social media and other platforms widely, NSUI leader said.
