Rain wreaks havoc 50 sheep’s goat a bridge and crop washed away, A three story building reduce to rubble

South West Monsoon wreaked havoc in the state on Saturday as including a three story bank building in Chopal, 50 sheep’s and goats, a valley bridge , crops and fertile land washed away by flash flood and very heavy rain as monsoon is intensified in the state. A sudden flood in Jiva Nala of Gadsa Valley located in Kullu district of Himachal Pradesh 50 goats and sheep, trees standing on the banks of the river washed away.   SP Kullu Gurudev Sharma said that no casualty has been reported so far but 50 sheep and goats are also reported missing.  While a bailey bridge near Shilagarh has also been washed away.   A sudden flood in Jeeva Nala of Gadsa Valley.  Seeing the flood, people immediately alerted the people of Hurla etc. areas ahead of Jeeva Nala by phone. Due to the flood, 2 transformers have also been damaged near the Tthaila nalah due to which the power supply has been disrupted in the area. Apart from this, standing crops have been damaged in many places in the area. Small and big  drains are inflated and are spate. An incident of building collapse occurred at CHOPAL market. In this incident building – One 

Dhaba, UCO bank Branch, Krishi Bank branch, and One alcohol shop was running. The building was vacated before it collapsed. There is no loss of life reported. Immediate Relief of Rs15,000 has been distribute to all effectives. Approx loss of property Rs 2.00 Crore.  A car carrying five people fell down in a deep gorge at Tissa road under patwar circle Chanja Mukhal Jakhla Mukam of Chamba district killing one people and injuring three others last night. Deputy Commissioner Chamba DC Rana said that 

XUV (HP-445152) met with an accident in which five persons were travelling. Out of which one died and three injured, two of them got major injuries who were rushed to Medical College and Hospital Tanda for treatment. Deceased were identified as Rahul Kumar S/o Sh. Karam Chand R/O Village Tissagarh.
