Protest demonstration in Jhadmajri Baddi by CITU

 There was a protest demonstration in Jhadmajri Baddi, the Labor Department of Reckitt Worker Union affiliated to CITU, regarding the exploitation of workers in the Reckitt Company, in which State President Vijender Mehra from the State Committee of CITU, State Vice President Jagat Ram and District Committee Vice President Om Dutt Sharma and officials of Racket Workers Union, General Secretary Vikas Kumar, co-secretary Devendra Singh, executive member Neeraj Kumar and officials of other companies related to CITU and all other union members were included. Reckitt Company has maliciously suspended 38 workers. Along with this, from the month of June, the company has been removing the workers from work every day inside the company and making them sit aside, and in their place, the contractor’s employees, apprentices, etc. are being employed. Along with this, the company has banned the monthly salaries of the workers from the month of July and their monthly salaries are not being paid. The 38 workers who were wrongfully fired by the company are not even being given their subsistence allowance. Along with this, the investigation proceedings being conducted by the investigating officer appointed by the company are also not being conducted impartially. The workers surrounded the Labor Department for not resolving all these issues and the workers surrounded the Labor Department and expressed that if the Labor Department did not work properly then this movement would be launched against the failure of the Labor Department. The movement will be intensified further.
