Proportion of loss in Himachal and the announcement made by PM Modi is like a drop in the ocean : Prem Kaushal

After the announcement of Rs 1500 crore help to the state by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, there has been a tsunami of statements praising the Prime Minister by the state BJP leaders and spokespersons! Former chief spokesperson of the state Congress Prem Kaushal said in a statement issued to the media that during the period of devastation in the state, the BJP leaders only did politics of praising Narendra Modi, taking credit and criticizing the state government! He said that in proportion to the loss in Himachal Pradesh, the announcement made by the Prime Minister is like a drop in the ocean and on the basis of this announcement, the state BJP leaders are busy competing with each other to shine their political shop and praise the Prime Minister! Kaushal said that Narendra Modi is the Prime Minister of India and being in this position, it is his constitutional responsibility to help all the distressed states of the country and the countrymen, but the way the BJP leaders are adorning the Prime Minister with titles like angel, it is clear that instead of worrying about the affected people of the state, the BJP is praising the Prime Minister’s visit and announcement and comparing him to gods and goddesses and is trying to make themselves politically successful. Efforts are being made to use this as an opportunity to move ahead in a holistic manner! He said that while the state government tried to help the affected people with full responsibility, commitment and sensitivity, the Himachal Pradesh government has set an example in the country by making several changes in the relief manual and carrying out relief and rehabilitation work on the basis of a human approach! Kaushal demanded that the amount of Rs 1500 crore announced by the Prime Minister should be released immediately as immediate relief and along with that a comprehensive and practical relief package should be given to the state!
