Projects worth one lakh crore will be completed or under construction in Himachal by the end of the year: Bindal

 BJP State President Dr. Rajiv Bindal said that the Central Government is providing money to Himachal Pradesh openly, but the present Congress Government is misusing that money to enjoy the pleasures of power. He said that the Central Government has never There is no shortage of any kind left for Himachal Pradesh.

He said that by the end of the year, projects worth one lakh crore will be completed or under construction in Himachal. This announcement was made by Union Minister Gadkari in Hamirpur yesterday. The Central Government does whatever it says, but no matter how much money comes to Himachal Pradesh from the Centre, the Himachal Pradesh government never thanks the Centre.

He said that Road Transport and Highways Minister Nitin Gadkari on Tuesday inaugurated and laid the foundation stone of 15 NH projects and ropeway projects worth about Rs 4000 crore in two roads of Hamirpur, Himachal Pradesh. For this we thank the Central Government and PM Modi. He said that by 2024, many works of road projects worth one lakh crore will be completed, some will start and some will continue. Yesterday the Union Minister announced to make Hamirpur bypass four lane. Also, the Central Government is committed to speed up the process of making Shimla-Bilaspur NH four lane. The Union Minister also announced to sanction additional Rs 150 crore under CRF. Work worth Rs 125 crore will also be done in Bilaspur under CRF. Whenever cooperation has been sought from Gadkari, he has done so with an open heart.

He said that whatever was asked from Gadkari ji, he gave to Himachal. He has laid a network of roads in the state. What no one could do in 70 years, happened in the last 10 years. The length of roads has increased from 96 thousand to 1.5 lakh kilometers. He said that the foundation stone of roads worth three thousand crores has been laid in Hamirpur parliamentary constituency. The construction of 110 km long road from Hamirpur to Mandi will provide better transportation facilities to the people. The work on this project has been going on for the last one year. With the construction of this project, the distance from Hamirpur to Manali will also be reduced. The distance from Hamirpur to Manali is currently 124 km, which will reduce to 109 km. The Union Minister laid the foundation stone of the proposed double lane railway crossing at a cost of Rs 19 crore, tunnel work on NH 305 and slough protection work on the hill of Parwanoo-Solan National Highway at a cost of Rs 266 crore. The Union Minister also laid the foundation stone of the proposed Theog bypass at a cost of Rs 54 crore and the Kalruhi Khad bridge on NH 70 to be built at a cost of Rs 17 crore. Apart from this, the foundation stone of Hamirpur’s Rangas to Bagchhal via Badsar road, Shahpur-Singhuta-Chuwadi road was laid. The Union Minister laid the foundation stone of the 560 meter long bridge to be built on the Swan Canal of Una under the Setu Bandhan Scheme and the 800 meter long span bridge to be built on the Beas river connecting Kangra Terrace and Sthana.
