Priyashu got first place and Pragati got second place in slogan writing

Tobacco Prohibition Day was celebrated in Keonthal Convent Public School, Junga. A slogan writing competition was organized on this occasion. In which 10th class student Priyanshu got first place, Pragati got second place and Mansi Mehra got third place.
While addressing the children, the school’s principal MK Sharma said that World No Tobacco Day is celebrated on 31 May every year as a public awareness campaign about the ill effects of tobacco use. He said that tobacco use can cause diseases like mouth, lung, colon cancer, heart attack, respiratory disease, infertility, impotence, stillbirth, gangrene and blindness. To avoid these diseases, tobacco use should be avoided. He also distributed prizes to the children.
