Prerana, a student of Chiyog School, passed the NMMS exam

Prerna, a ninth-grade student at the Government Senior Secondary School of Excellence, has brought honor to the school by passing the NMMS (National Secondary Merit Scholarship) examination. Principal Sandeep Sharma stated that the NMMS examination was conducted on November 2nd last year, and Prerna, a student of the school, secured 21st place in the Shimla district. He stated that by passing this difficult examination, the student will be awarded a monthly scholarship of 1,000 rupees by the government to continue her studies for the next four years. At a ceremony held at the school to commemorate the student’s achievement, the Principal honored the student, congratulated her parents, and wished her well for the future. This achievement has created an atmosphere of joy in the area. All members of the school management committee credited the school administration for this achievement.
