Himachal Pradesh Congress Committee chief Pratibha Singh accessed her defeat before the Lok Sabha election as she showed her inability to win the election, she told media persons in New Delhi today after urging the party high command to not put her in the fray for ensuing Lok Sabha election.

The statement given by the HPCC president and Member of Loksabha from Mandi showing an inclination to not be in the fray this time is likely to create a storm in the state politics as the Congress chief showered praise BJP and accepted her defeat in the upcoming Lok Election.

Pratibha Singh interacting with media persons today said that she will not contest the 2024 Lok Sabha elections at all, she conveyed her decision to the Congress high command.

She also informed the high command that she was disappointed as party workers were being neglected by the government.

Ms Singh informed that after extensively visiting the constituency she feels that she would not be successful this time and withdrawing from the contest.

Ms Singh gave a similar statement since the defection of six disqualified Cong MLAs in the Rajyasabha election recently and praised the BJP government openly in the media statement.

However, it is learned that the party’s high command may conveyed to the HPCC chief that the duo of Mother and Son (state president and son Vikramaditya) are not satisfied even after getting a big post and ministry at a young age.

The Party also informed the PCC president that Thousands of people were rendered homeless, the relief package that Sukhu’s government has given to Mandi, Kullu, Kinnaur, Rampur, Pangi, etc.

The volume of package and relief extended by the party state government has never been given by any other government in the country till date.

According to a close aide of Ms Singh, the response of the PCC chief is beyond comprehension, perhaps she is forced to do this under some pressure.
