Pratibha Singh meets AICC National President Mallikarjun Kharge

State Congress President, MP Pratibha Singh met AICC National President Mallikarjun Kharge in New Delhi last day and congratulated him for successfully organizing the 85th session of AICC at Raipur in Chhattisgarh. She said that the resolutions passed in the convention would be implemented soon in the state.

During this, Pratibha Singh discussed in detail the organizational issues related to the state. She said that municipal elections are going to be held soon in the state and it is very important for the Congress. She said that the Congress is fully prepared for these elections. Pratibha Singh said that in this context, on the instructions of All India Congress Working Committee member Rajeev Shukla, in-charge of state affairs, in the presence of Tajendra Pal Singh Bittu, co-incharge of state affairs, at Congress headquarters Rajeev Bhavan, Congress leaders coming under Shimla Municipal Corporation, In addition to Rural Development Minister Anirudh Singh, Public Works Minister Vikramaditya Singh and Shimla City MLA Harish Janartha, a detailed discussion about the first round of these elections has been held with former Congress councilors of the ward and enlightened people of other parties.

Pratibha Singh said that Lok Sabha elections are going to be held in the country next year. For these elections also, the organization in the state will have to start preparations from now itself. He said that the organization in the state is very strong and this was the reason why the Congress government was formed in the state with full majority. He said that every leader and worker of the organization is very important, so it should be ensured that they get full respect and preference in the government.
