 State Congress President and MP Pratibha Singh has called upon the party workers to unite and contest the elections, saying that the four Lok Sabha and six Assembly by-elections in the state are very important for the victory of the Congress. He has said that these election results will decide the direction and condition of the future politics of the state.
Pratibha Singh has said that Congress is fighting a big battle to protect democracy in the country. He has said that today the country is troubled by the dictatorship and anti-people policies of BJP. By misusing the investigating agencies, BJP is putting its opponents in jail. Congress is fighting a big battle for justice against this injustice being done to the country.
Pratibha Singh has said that BJP is completely stunned by the manifesto of All India Congress Committee. This is the reason why BJP leaders are trying their best to mislead people by making absurd statements about the Congress manifesto. He said that the Congress manifesto is a vision document of the party which fulfills the hopes and aspirations of the people.
Pratibha Singh has said that BJP leaders never talk about rising inflation and unemployment in the country. He said that during the UPA government, when a gas cylinder was available to the people at Rs 350, petrol at Rs 60 and diesel at Rs 50 per litre, then BJP leaders used to beat the drum and talk about rising inflation. Today, people are getting the same gas cylinder for Rs 1000 per litre, petrol for above Rs 100 and diesel for Rs 90 per litre, then BJP’s tongue is locked.
Pratibha Singh has said that the Congress government of the state is completely stable. He said that after the party’s victory in all four Lok Sabha and six Assembly by-elections, the state government will move forward with even greater strength and fulfill all its promises in the public interest. The state government has fulfilled its promise to the employees by implementing OPS. The guarantee of giving Rs 1500 to women has been started. A startup scheme worth Rs 680 crore has also been started to provide employment to unemployed youth.
