Pratibha Singh announced various development schemes during her recent visit to Lahaul-Spiti

During her recent visit to Lahaul-Spiti, State Congress President MP Pratibha Singh announced various development schemes among the people, including demands related to irrigation, and completion of construction work of Community Hall and Mahila Mandal Bhawan. For this, 10 schemes have been released by accepting Rs 22.50 lakhs from their MP fund, MPLAD.

Giving this information, Pratibha Singh’s Political Secretary Amit Pal Singh said that in this context, MP Pratibha Singh has sent a letter of acceptance of this amount to the Deputy Commissioner of Mandi parliamentary constituency, who is also the nodal officer of this parliamentary constituency.

Under these development schemes, three lakh rupees have been approved for the irrigation scheme in Tozing Gram Panchayat of Keylong block, siphon irrigation scheme in Khangsar Tinanam, and the irrigation scheme of Karing village.

Apart from this, three lakhs for the construction of Jajanghar Community Hall in Gavjang Gompa, three lakhs for Hailing Jhalma Irrigation Scheme, three lakhs for the construction of community hall at Othang Gompa in Junda, two lakhs for the remaining work of Mahila Mandal Bhavan in Khangsar, women in Gondla. 1,50 lakh for the remaining work of Mandal, Rs.50,000 has been approved for completion of ongoing construction work of Mahila Mandal Bhawan in Lower Keylong and Upper Keylong.

It is noteworthy that MP Pratibha Singh had earlier sanctioned an amount of 5 crore 31 lakh 65 thousand from the MP fund during her tenure of one and a half years. In this, this amount has been allocated in all the 17 assembly constituencies of Mandi parliamentary constituency. Manali 43.20 Lakh, Ani 35 Lakh, Lahaul Spiti 35.70 Lakh, Bharmour 39.50 Lakh, Joginder Nagar 27 Lakh, Kullu 42 Lakh, Kinnaur 16.95 Lakh, Mandi 32.50 Lakh, Sarkaghat 15 Lakh, Drang 35 Lakh 5 crore, 31 lakh 65 while approving the development plans of Rs. 1000 has been provided.
