Police Paper leaks scam:  Police SIT to chargesheet 171 accuses in 7 days :DGP

State police Special Investigation Team claimed to completed the probe into constable recruitment exam paper leak scams as SIT would file chargesheet against 171 accusedsed with in seven days, this was stated by the Director General of Police Sanjay Kundu while addressing a press conference here today.He said that SIT has got a big success in Himachal Police Recruitment paper leak case by solving the juxsta Puzzle as it  has already arrested the paper leak master mind Shiv Bahadur Singh with the help of UP STF. ” The SIT will now prepare a charge sheet in this case and present it in the court within 7 days. ”  DGP Sanjay Kundu said.DGP Kund said including master mind Shiv Bahadur  171 accused have been arrested so far in the paper leak case. However the investigation is still going on. Among the accuseds include people working as history sheeters, engineers to transporters. DGP told that alleged scam of paper leak went viral on the bold stand took by a honest candidate who  revealed important link in constable paper leak on the basis of WhatsApp chat.  A young man from Arki got an offer to buy paper.  But, he did not buy the paper.  When the name of the young man did not figure in the merit list after the result, he had made his WhatsApp chat viral on social media.This chats on whatsapp App took place on March 24, while the chat went viral after the results came out i.e. in the first week of April.   According to SIT, Sudhir Kumar Yadav, a part time worker in the printing press, had leaked the Himachal Police Constable Recruitment written exam paper in March. After this the paper was delivered to Gautam Kumar Bharti through another accused Gore Lal. All this was done at the behest of master mind Shiv Bahadur Singh. At the same time, Gore Lal, a private security guard posted in Okhla Delhi, sold the paper to Gautam Kumar Bharti. Gautam Kumar gave the paper to his brother Bharat Yadav. The accused Subodh Kumar became the medium for delivering the question paper between Sudhir Yadav, Gore Lal, Bharat Yadav and Arvind Kumar. All of them arrested now.
