PM Modi does what he says, 1500 crore economic package is a big gift for Himachal: BJP

BJP state senior spokesperson and MLA Trilok Jamwal said that yesterday on 9th September, the country’s successful Prime Minister Narendra Modi came to Himachal Pradesh on a visit. First of all, he did an aerial survey of all the districts of Himachal Pradesh which are flooded, whether it is Mandi, Kullu, Chamba and other places affected by the disaster. He himself did an aerial survey to check the depth of the disaster and its severity. After that, a high level meeting was held in Kangra district.

The officials of Himachal Pradesh presented the complete account of the loss in Himachal Pradesh to the Prime Minister himself. The entire government was present there and this is why yesterday, after examining everything, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met some members of the affected families of Himachal Pradesh and shared their pain and not only this, after meeting them and sharing their pain, the Prime Minister also gave an economic package of Rs 1500 crore to Himachal Pradesh and along with that, the Prime Minister himself made provisions for giving different types of assistance to those who are sick and injured. Those who have suffered partial loss in Himachal Pradesh, he also directed to release the installment of the Prime Minister Kisan Samman Nidhi for the farmers here in advance. This is the reason that for the first time in history, when this natural calamity has struck Himachal Pradesh, the first Prime Minister is the respected Narendra Modi ji who personally assessed everything in this calamity. He himself reviewed everything and after that, whatever financial assistance was to be given to Himachal Pradesh, he also provided it. Therefore, I thank the country’s successful Prime Minister Narendra Modi from the bottom of my heart. He has also proved that Himachal Pradesh is my second home. So the Prime Minister himself proved that Himachal Pradesh is his second home. That is why he came here himself to assess everything during this time of disaster. Once again, I thank the Prime Minister from the bottom of my heart for coming to Devbhoomi Himachal and helping our people.
