Old pension scheme is not visible in Himachal: Jairam

BJP Leader of Opposition Jairam Thakur was welcomed and felicitated on reaching Una, former state president of BJP Rajeev Bindal was present with him.

Jai Ram Thakur said that since the Congress government came to power, it has been working with the spirit of revenge and the Congress government closed down the institutions running in Himachal Pradesh. They could not fulfill the guarantees, they had made many promises but none of the promises are being fulfilled.

He said that the Congress government also closed such offices where government employees were working and all these offices were opened only after taking full approval.

These offices were opened on the demand of the public, but the Congress government did not care about the public at all.

Jairam Thakur said that the decision regarding OPS has been taken in the cabinet long back, but there is no possibility of OPS coming, so far no notification regarding OPS has been issued by the Congress government in Himachal Pradesh. It is possible. If we talk about 1500 per month to women, then that promise also does not seem to be fulfilled.
