Number of National Highway block after landslide in Himachal

Number of  National Highway and link road disrupted by landslides, shooting stones and very heavy rainfall in Kinnuar, Lahaul Spiti and Sirmaur district on Monday.
Bodies of nine Tourist and a derive was depart to New Delhi from Sangala of Kinnaur district which would be handed over to Himachal Pradesh resident Commissioner New Delhi to further handover them to their family member, Public Relation Officer Kinnaur Mr Narender Sharma told UNI.
He said that toll confined to nine and two Tourist survive in the mishap was discharged after giving them first aid. Mr Sharma said that body of one deceased identified as  Army Lieutenant who died in the same mishap also handed over to Indian Army to carry it to Chhattisgarh.
Mr Sharma said that Chhitkul Sangala High way kept close at Batsari after the mishap. The warning of danger is not withdrawn as the place is one of the black spot also reported death of three Tourist a month ago.
Mr Sharma said that number of places in Kinnuar district are prone to shooting stone however during inclement weather and fog in monsoon such incidents are common.

District Emergency Operation Centre (DEOC) Kinnaur said  that  an incident of Flash Flood has occurred  Tongtongche Nallha Near tehsil Office Sangla,  Tehsil Sangla on Monday morning however there is no loss of any life.

The information provided by  108 RCC wing of Border Road Organization Kaza said that an  incident of landslide occurred near Tabo village  NH-505 (Sumdo Kaza road ) in Sub Division  Kaza last night. Due to which the road has been blocked and restoration work is  under process.
As per information provided by Executive engineer State PWD Kaza an incident of stone slide occurred Demul & Mane link road in Sub Division Kaza last night . Due to which the road has been blocked and restoration work is under process.
DEOC Sirmour an incident of landslide occurred in Sub Division Shilai on Monday Due to which the NH-707  closed at RD 99/650.
 Nahan in Sirmaur registered 33.8 mm rain in last 24hrs, Dharmshala 33.4 mm, Mandi 28 mm, Kangra 21 mm, Poanta Sahib in Sirmaur 16 mm, Palampur in Kangra 16.50 mm and Kufri 14 mm.
