Nepali citizen found guilty of murder court pronounced Life imprisonment for convict 

District & Sessions Judge , Solan Virender Sharma  convicted and sentenced Ram Bahadur , resident of Goyali Bag , Distt .  Rolpa , Nepal for committing murder of Madan Lal R / o Village Sheel , Tehsil & Distt .  Solan.  In a copy of verdict of the trial released to Media today said that Court pronounced judgement on January 24 in open court stating that it found the accused guilty under section 302 of IPC and sentenced to life imprisonment and to pay a fine of Rs.  10,000/-.  According to prosecution, Sohan Lal, S/o Madan Lal, Vill.  Sheel informed police that his father was running a shop in a house on the road side in village sheel.  He met his father on 05.10.2017 in the shop and on the next morning when he was going to Deothi in his vehicle, he received information from one Ajay Saklani that his father suffered an injury.  When he visited the shop, he saw his father lying dead on the bed with bleeding i g injury.  The deceased had head injury and had had head trim 35 one panna was found lying on the bed.  The deceased Madan Lal was also selling liquor in his shop and Nepalese from the vicinity use to visit his shop for juice to desi liquor and gambling.  Accused was also seen in his shop in the alleged night and he had consumed liquor with deceased Madan.  After that accused had some After the quarrel with the deceased and accused had hit deceased with the pa panna resulting in his death.  Accused was linked with DNA report of SFSL where in the glasses recovered from the spot and clothes of accused was having same DNA as that of accused.  The Prosecution has examined 18 witnesses in this case.  The trial was conducted by Shri Mohinder Umar Sharma, Public Prosecutor, Solan.  The investigation was done by Inspector Ravinder Kumar in this case.
