National spokesperson of Congress should take advice from Anand Sharma on apple issue: Sandipani
BJP spokesperson Sandipani Bhardwaj, while replying to Congress national spokesperson Kuldeep Rathore, said that Congress leaders are making statements on Apple just to gain publicity. We want to ask them that if the job of an MLA is not to raise questions in the Assembly, then what is the other job? If he does not ask questions then who will call him an MLA, hence a new trend of doing politics by asking apple questions has started in Himachal Pradesh.
He said that we would like to remind him that his mentor, former Union Minister Anand Sharma, had presented a memorandum on import duty during the Congress tenure and many policies regarding this had been made only then. If Prime Minister Narendra Modi increased the Ayat in this and imposed a ban on apples coming from outside, then he should also ask Anand Sharma what is right and what is wrong.
He said that if the import duty is big, then it was big during the Bharatiya Janata Party government and the Congress Party will have to convince it, now if the agreement made by their leaders at the international level cannot be changed. There is an apple economy of about Rs 5,000 crore in the state and the leaders of the Congress Party are trying to mislead them.
We want to ask the Congress Party leader that the farmers and gardeners of Himachal Pradesh will no longer get the facility of anti-helnet from the Agriculture Department. Why this,
The government has now included the anti-helnet scheme available through the agriculture department in the horticulture department. In such a situation, thousands of farmers who had applied for anti-helnet in the agriculture department will now have to apply again in the horticulture department. The government gives 80 percent subsidy to farmers and gardeners under the anti-helnet scheme. Why the Congress government created this kind of problem is also a matter of thinking at the time of the season.
