Narendra Modi is the first PM born after independence: Nanda

Earlier, on 8 June 2016, he had also addressed the joint session of the US House on his US tour. As soon as he addressed the joint session of the US Parliament in June 2023, he equaled the great leader Nelson Mandela. Prime Minister Narendra Modi has equaled those few great leaders who have addressed the US Parliament two or more times. Former South African President and great leader Nelson Mandela, who fought against apartheid, and former Israeli PM Yitzhak Rabin have also addressed the US Parliament twice. Winston Churchill and Israel’s current PM Benjamin Netanyahu have addressed the US House three times each. Overtaken Rajiv Gandhi, Atal Bihari Vajpayee: In this case, PM Modi has overtaken his predecessors Rajiv Gandhi and Atal Bihari Vajpayee as well as Manmohan Singh and PV Narasimha Rao in his upcoming US tour. These leaders have addressed the joint session of the US House once each. Rajiv Gandhi was the first Prime Minister of India to address the US House for the first time in 1985. Yoga session set a Guinness World Record: In June 2023, the yoga session led by Prime Minister Modi at the United Nations created a Guinness World Record. The Guinness World Record for the participation of people from the highest number of countries was set in the yoga ceremony organized at the United Nations Headquarters on 21 June 2023 under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He was accompanied by President of the 77th session of the United Nations General Assembly Kasaba Korici, Deputy Secretary-General Amina Mohammed and New York City Mayor Eric Adams. Record of Ayodhya visits: Prime Minister Narendra Modi arrived in Ayodhya on 5 August 2020 after a gap of 28 years and made many records in one day. Modi is the first Prime Minister to visit Ram Janmabhoomi. Also, this is the first time that a Prime Minister visited Hanuman Garhi to seek blessings of Lord Hanuman. Modi came to Ayodhya in 1992 and addressed a gathering with Murli Manohar Joshi at the GIC ground in Ayodhya. After this, he also had darshan of Ram Lalla. Modi was the convener of the ‘Tiranga Yatra’ led by then BJP President Dr. Murli Manohar Joshi, which started in December 1991 and reached Ayodhya on 18 January 1992. This yatra was organized demanding the removal of Article 370.

He said that it is our good fortune that Narendra Modi is going to become the Prime Minister of the country for the third time. The country has developed and in 2047, it is going to become a developed India. This can only be done by the government led by PM Modi. BJP has taken a resolution and Modi will fulfill that resolution.
