Modi Rally on 4yrs of BJP rule a burden on state exchequer: Cong

Ruling BJP government was criticised by the Congress party for burdening debt ridden state exchequer by hosting a mega Modi rally at Padal ground Mandi on the completion of four years of Jai Ram Thakur Government.
Addressing a press conference here today Congress state president Kuldeep Singh Rathore said that state government is currently borrowing a sum of Rs 1000  Cr to run the government however it is draining out Public funds to host Modi rally in burden on the state coffers instead of providing expenses of rally from the party funds.
BJP is in celebration mode and staking big claim to organise one lakh party workers at Padal ground in Mandi town is sheer wastage of Public funds to gain the Poltical loss rendered by recent Lok Sabha and Assembly bye election.

Four states are going to impose night curfew to check Omicron Covid pandemic however Modi Government is trying to organize massive rally showing no regard to the public health and Money, Mr Rathore said.
He also defended the him In-wake of recent move by the party faction to replace him from the Congress leadership or president stating that he didn’t see any threat to him and recent visit to Congress headquarter at Delhi by party Legislator should  be constructed as conspiracy to replace him.
If it was desired by the party I would follow the party high command however when growth of Congress is in rise the logic of replacing him couldn’t be justified , Mr Rathore said and warned that he would not hesitate to take disciplinary action against such attempts being made despite the party growing base in the hill state. 
Mr Rathore said that Party have constituted a charge sheet committee three months ago to find the failure of government and to  probe the Public integrity of Minister and Public functionary would submit report against him intext three months.
Party would commoner ate Dec 27 as Protest day in the failure of Jai Ram Thakur Government to provide relief to people due to anti-people policy and rising price rises and increasing unemployment, he added
