Modi government and Kangana turned a blind eye to Monsoon furry in Himachal: Vikramaditya

Terming the Narender Modi government and BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut ignorant of ground realities of the monsoon-affected Mandi Parliamentary constituency, Himachal Pradesh Public Work Development Minister Vikramaditya alleged today that the two have turned a blind eye to the monsoon vagaries of affected people of the state. 

Mr Vikramaditya Singh who was declared in charge of the Mandi Parliamentary constituency by the Congress was addressing media here today.

 Vikramaditya Singh assaulting the BJP candidate Kangana Ranaut said that  Kullu districts have suffered historic devastation during the previous monsoon however Kangana Ranaut never came forward to help people affected by the rain vagries. 

He said that Kangana has her own Bangwollo at Manali and never bothers to meet the affected families.

Response to the Kangana’s statement that she is the daughter of Mandi however she was not visible anywhere in the disaster-struck district.

Despite the worst disaster of the century, development was not allowed to stop.

The PWD Minister said that the state government did not let development stop despite adverse circumstances and the worst disaster of the century.

” The disaster has caused a loss of Rs 15 thousand crore to the economy. The Center has assisted hardly Rs 500 crore. He said that the state government has announced a package of Rs 4500 crore from its resources for relief and rescue operations.

He said that the BJP is tactical in providing tickets to Bollywood actresses as it fears the Congress government of state which announced to implementation of Rs 1500 Indira Gandhi Saman Rashi to all women between the age group of 18 to 59.

Vikramaditya Singh said that the government has fulfilled most of the election promises along with Rs 1500 per month to women. 

The state government will go among the public on these issues in the Lok Sabha elections.

 He said that the Leader of the Opposition had done the work of withholding Rs 1500 from women by complaining to the Election Commission. The women of the state will answer this in the elections.

He has welcomed the Supreme Court’s decision on electoral bonds. He condemned freezing the bank accounts of Congress.

He said that the party would choke out the election strategy to repeat the victory in the Mandi Parliamentary constituency election and a meeting would be convened on April 3.

He informed that during the same meeting to be held in Mandi strategy would also be made regarding the assembly by-election of Lahaul Spiti. 

Vikramaditya Singh said that many BJP leaders are in touch with the party. Congress would soon decide candidates for all four Lok Sabha and six assembly seats.
