Mock drill conducted in Junga Hospital to deal with disaster
A mock drill was conducted at Civil Hospital Junga on Sunday under the leadership of Medical Officer Dr. Manoj Verma. In this, practical practice was conducted about conducting rescue and relief operations of patients in the hospital in case of disaster like earthquake or fire.
Dr. Manoj Verma said that an alarm has been installed on the hospital door to inform about any emergency situation, the sound of which alerts the staff and patients in the entire hospital. In this mock drill, detailed information was given about how to protect oneself and the patients in case of an earthquake or fire. In which mock drills were conducted on how patients can protect themselves and the patients in case of an earthquake, how to evacuate people from inside the hospital in case of fire, how to give first aid to injured people, etc. Dr. Manish, Dr. Priyanka, Sister Hemlata, Sheetal and Jaikrishna along with staff and local people participated in this mock drill.
