Medical services stalled in all health institutions of Mashobra block

 Health services were disrupted at all health institutions in the Mashobra block on Saturday due to a doctors’ strike. However, emergency services continued to be available at Civil Hospital Junga and CHC Mashobra. The strike caused significant inconvenience to patients. Junga Panchayat head Bansilal Kashyap, Darbhog Panchayat head Tanu Bhardwaj, Koti Panchayat head Ramesh Sharma, former head Attar Singh Thakur, and Kufri Panchayat deputy head Shashank Atri, among others, stated that instead of politicizing this issue, it should be resolved in a cordial atmosphere so that health services are not adversely affected. They stated that the government needs to adopt a positive approach. The doctors’ strike at CHC Koti, PHC Kufri, Jatoli, and Trahai caused significant inconvenience to patients. Most patients had to seek treatment at private hospitals in Shimla or Solan. He said that both the doctor and the patient are guilty in this mutual fight and this issue should be resolved by sitting together so that medical services can be restored in the health institutions.
