Lions Club Shimla Welcomes New Leadership Team for 2024-25
The Lions Club Shimla held its Board of Directors meeting at HHH, Shimla, where a full house of Lion members welcomed the new team of office bearers for the 2024-25 lionistic year. The outgoing team, led by Lion Vikas Seth, handed over the reins to the newly elected office bearers:
- President: Lion Man Mohan Verma
- Secretary: Lion M.K. Sharma
- Treasurer: Lion C.L. Sankhyan
- Vice Presidents: Lion Gopal Vaid & Lion O.P. Mehta
- Joint Secretary: Lion S.L. Sharma
- Lion Tamer: Lion J.P. Sharma

Incoming President Lion Man Mohan Verma outlined the new team’s commitment to societal upliftment, emphasizing projects such as tree plantation drives, blood donation camps, health check-up camps, food for hunger initiatives, and the operation of Lions Dialysis Centres at subsidized rates in Lions Bhawan, New Shimla. Other projects include running ambulances and various initiatives for school students. The new team is determined to leave no stone unturned in their efforts to serve the community and promote a clean environment.
